Visit by the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITP)
Professor Joseph Wu, Managing Director, and Mr Cyrus Lam, Chief of Staff of the Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health (D24H) met three representatives from the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITP) namely Ir Patrick Siu, Chief Executive Officer; Ms Michelle Kam, Director, Operations; and Ms Dora Chin, Associate Director, Business Development of the Company on September 20, 2022 to speak on the latest development and exchange views on collaboration opportunities between the two companies as well as among the innovation and technology sector in Hong Kong.
At the meeting, Professor Wu showcased the research achievement and future plan of the D24H, and Ir Sin talked about the planning and development of the HSITP, a key base located at the Lok Ma Chau Loop in Hong Kong for cooperation in scientific research among top-tier enterprises, R&D institutions and higher education institutes from local, the Mainland and worldwide. The Batch 1 development of the HSITP comprising eight buildings is expected to complete in phases from 2024 to 2027.
