Professor Jean Yang and Dr Yue Cao, respectively the Co-Principal Investigator and Post-doctoral Fellow of our collaborating institute The University of Sydney, will take part at the “Single Cell Data Analysis Workshop – Unlocking Single Cell Spatial Omics Analyses with SCDNEY” on September 9, 2024. The speakers will discuss key topics such as scRNA-seq feature extraction, machine learning classification models, cell-to-patient feature transformation, and cohort heterogeneity identification.
