HKU SPH and D²4H co-organise a seminar on antimicrobial resistance (AMR)
The Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health Limited (D²4H) and the School of Public Health, The University of Hong Kong will co-organise a seminar on antimicrobial resistance (AMR), one of the major health threats worldwide, on October 25, 2024 (Friday), featuring Dr Catrin Moore from St George’s, University of London and a D²4H’s researcher Dr Pei Yu Huang.
Dr Catrin Moore will talk about “AMR is one of the biggest global health threats, what are we doing to reduce this threat?” while Dr Pei Yu Huang will share insights on “Characterisation of antimicrobial resistance landscape in the Hong Kong community using a One-Health approach”.
