The Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health (D²4H) and the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy of The University of Hong Kong (HKU) jointly organised a scientific symposium titled “Embracing Post-pandemic Innovations in Healthcare Big Data Research” on September 13, 2023 (Wednesday).

This symposium gathered world-renowned experts in the field to explore the potential in using AI and healthcare big data to promote public health, evidence-informed policy and strategic planning, and to advance research in related areas in the post-COVID-19 era. Prominent speakers, both local and overseas, shared their expertise in improving public health through state-of-the-art AI technology, big data and interdisciplinary collaboration.
