Join us virtually for the seminar “Interpretable Deep Learning to Predict Drug Repurposing from Multilayer Biological Network” co-organised by the Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health (D24H)) and the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy of The University of Hong Kong.
Dr Qingpeng Zhang of City University of Hong Kong was invited to present the “iDPath”, an interpretable deep learning-based path-reasoning framework to identify potential drugs for the treatment of diseases. A Q&A session was held after the talk.
